Ada mcm2 perasa, kalau betui malas..eh silap! Tak cukup masa...bleh beli yg perisa/perasa (aku sampai skrg konpius vocab ni) Tomato, Selasih & Bawang Putih or dlm ayat orreng pootehhh (kena slang sikit) is Tomato, Basil & Garlic. Haaaaa...yg ni cukup segala perasa but still aku slalu akan tambah lg herbs satgi...
So resepi permulaan:
- 1 tin spagetti sauce (jugak bleh beli yg peket or jar kaca but this resepi not for carbonara atau apa2 yg creamy)
- 300g mince beef/chicken or 1 tin tuna flake (nisbah ni utk agak2 1 tin spagetti sauce, so kalau buat sikit kurangkan daging, or vice versa)
- Herbs either yg kering dlm botol or yg fresh - Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Black Pepper secukup rasa
- 1 sudu besar olive oil
- 1 botol grated parmesan cheese or boleh grate sendiri kalau ada masa
- 1 botol Tabasco (kalau suka spicy sket)
Ok, kalau resepi org yg ada masa lebih lak...
- Sekotak baby tomato or 4 biji tomato biasa (boleh blend or just potong dadu)
- 300g mince beef/chicken or 1 tin tuna flake
- Kalau buat daging/ayam, boleh add extra meatball/chicken ball
- Kalau buat tuna, boleh add udang yg kulit separuh kupas, mussels, sotong dipotong ring, scallop, isi kepah
- Herbs either yg kering dlm botol or yg fresh but advisable fresh - Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Black Pepper secukup rasa
- 1 sudu besar olive oil
- 1 botol grated parmesan cheese or boleh grate sendiri kalau ada masa
- 1 botol Tabasco (kalau suka spicy sket)
Utk masak spagetti, diingatkan utk dididhkan air tu dulu, dah membuak2 dah pastu baru masukkan spagetti, ikut timing brapa lama nak masak as tertulis kat packaging, usually ikut jenis spagetti, between 7-13 minutes. Kalau takmau pakai spagetti bleh pakai apa2 jenis pasta mcm macaroni ka. Takmau spagetti kering melekit, gaul dgn olive oil sket lepas tos tu.
