Cotton Soft Japanese Cheese Cake

aci x kalau resepi bkn asli buat sendiri...aku ni suka bangat cheesecake...n tringin bangat nk try buat tapi x berani n tgk bahan2 dia mcm byk n pyh gk cari (payah psl aku x familiar ngan benda2 alah ni) so aku copy paste ja resepi yg depa forward kat ibu@yahoogroup ni..nampak yummy gilesss....bila2 kena try la wat gak baru puas makan...selalu beli sepotong cam x puas ja kan..dh la agak mahai (kalau yg betul2 sedap la kan cthnya SR tu takat beli sepotong ja la) lgpn xkn nk beli sebiji pastu makan srg2 jenuh aku nk mngabiskan.

COTTON SOFT JAPANESE CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients:

140gm caster sugar
6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
1/4 cream of tartar
50gm butter
250gm cream cheese
100ml fresh milk
1 tblspn lemon juice
60gm cake flour
20gm corn flour
1/4 salt

Instructions:

1. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over double boiler. Cool the mixture.
2. Fold in flour (all purpose flour & corn flour sifted together), egg yolks, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
3. In a seperate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy.
Add in sugar and beat until soft peak formed.
4. Add the cheese mixture to the egg whites mixture and mix well.
5. Line bottom of pan with grease proof paper and pour the mixture.
6. Bake in water bath at 160 deg cel for 1 hr 10min or until test scewer comes out clean.

petua:-Menggunakan teknik meringue yang mana memerlukan penelitian yang agak cerewet pada peralatan yang dipakai supaya tidak ada minyak. Jika berminyak..minta maaf diknon..kek tak menjadi
